Product Overview
The LT-CR-BT0914A is the newest addition to ZR’s line of TCXOs. The standard part offers an ultra-tight stability of ±0.1ppm to ±2.0ppm over -50ºC to +85ºC across a supply voltage range of 3.3V / 5.0V. The bt0914a uses a high refresh rate, or frequency calibration rate, to maintain a linear frequency output during temperature compensation. The 14.65 mm x 9.35 mm ceramic package and options for 1,000- or 3,000-piece reels make these components ideal for satellite communication, military communication equipment, base station, test and measurement equipment.
