History

In 2018, the seed of ZR Hi-Tech’s IC manufacturing enterprise began to sprout, and in 2019, the product line architecture was built, and more than 500 special devices were successfully accumulated and imported, and MEMS chips were developed. In 2020, the company built a purification production line with over 1,000 micro-assembly standards. In 2021, the intellectual property system was completed, and in 2022, the company began to move forward. 12000㎡ new plant put into operation, the first microelectronics industry leading FAB mass production line in 2023, the establishment of subsidiaries and the introduction of core business.
